Purchase of a Domain Name is Subject
to Availability
Once ordered, domain names cannot
be altered and no refunds are available. Client's are reminded
to be very careful in the spelling of domain name requests,
as no responsibility can be undertaken for client's errors.
AB Euroweb restrict a Special Package
Deal to a site design from our portfolio, however we will
consider designing a website to your own design to be able
to expand our current portfolio
The Special Package Deal of €150
is a one off payment, the monthly hosting and FREE unlimited
content changes is subject to change after the first year.
AB EuroWeb holds the right to unpublish
any website if a breach of payments is made.
AB EuroWeb requires a deposit of
€50 (and €20 per additional domain names requested)
to secure the domain name and begin designing your site. The
remaining amount including any extra charges for work other
than in the package is due on completition of your site. The
deposit is non-refundable and covers the designing of your
website, also the cost of each domain name registration.
AB Euroweb will purchase the Domain
Name on your behalf. However from any point after we have
the full payment of your site we will on request transfer
the domain into your name.
As part of AB Eurowebs package
deal, we will host the website with a third party as a addon
domain (a subdirectory of abeurowebdevelopers.com but looks
like an entirely different website)and make unlimited content
changes throughout the duration of your agreement. If you
wish to have your site hosted by your own host company we
can not give the Free Unlimited Content changes, but could
negotiate a rate for any updates you require.
Unlimited content changes package
deal excludes any structural changes, style changes or additional
web pages
Payment and renewal of domain names
is the responsibility of the Client. AB Euroweb excludes all
liability for the loss or cancellation of domain name.
Transfer of hosting from AB Euroweb
can be arranged after full payment of the site Unless unlimited
content changes is required and then AB Euroweb will host
your website.
All domains are purchased for one
year only unless requested by yourself for a longer period
at an additional cost
AB Euroweb will notify you in advance
when your domain registration needs to be renewed.
AB Euroweb hold no responsibility
to a website going offline due to hosting problems however
we will try to make sure any problems are resolved as soon
as possible. No compensation is given for a website not being
accessable but we will revise your payment of hosting for
the period a problem occurred.
AB Euroweb own all designs and can
reuse them with other projects.
The client will be held responsible
for and accept responsibility for any defamatory, confidential,
secret or other proprietary material available via their web
pages.
If a client takes out a yearly hosting
package we expect them to commit to this period of time. If
they cancel their account within this service period then
AB EuroWeb will not make any refunds on any unused portions
of their account.
If the client has set up a monthly
hosting subscription then no refund will be given if they
decide to cancel. They do have the right to cancel at anytime,
however we will not be held responsible for any loss of data
or website.
The Client's logos, artwork, graphics
and photographs remain the copyright of The Client. Design,
graphics and programming produced by AB Euroweb remain the
intellectual property of AB Euroweb. Copyright to the finished
assembled work of webpages produced by AB Euroweb is owned
by AB Euroweb. Upon the final payment, the client is assigned
rights to use as a website the design, graphics, and text
contained in the finished assembled website. Rights to photos,
graphics, source code, work-up files, and computer programs
are specifically not transferred to the client, and remain
the property of their respective owners. AB Euroweb retain
the right to display graphics and other Web design elements
as examples of their work in their respective portfolio.
AB EuroWeb withholds the right to
refuse publication of any content which it sees as being indecent,
obscene or offensive towards others
